This data set is composed of the 435 Districts having voting representation plus seven districts without voting rights including the District of Columbia and US territories.

Process_Description:

After completing topological and attribute verification using ARC/INFO, the data was extracted and reformatted into the BTS ACSII format. Then the data was converted to shapefile (ArcView) format using Avenue script downloaded from the BTS web site and compressed using winzip software.
